Items are shipped second class, inside of the UK using Royal Mail, and internationally using Parcelforce Worldwide.
Return Policy
If an item is damaged substantially in transit, we will look into either

- Sending out a replacement in the post (if stocks allow)
- Providing a full refund.

Photographic evidence of damaged packaging and goods required as soon as they are delivered to be eligible for either a replacement or refund.

Items may be returned in a new condition within 14 days of purchase.

All goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned - please make sure to send all returns via recorded delivery to ensure their arrival.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if items have clearly been used or damaged after purchase.
